History
The history of Domaine Clos Jangli is closely linked to the “Jangli” historic railway and the canton of Remich. Where steam locomotives once ran, setting the pace for the region, today we preserve the cultural heritage along the old route. Our vineyards benefit from a centuries-old geological structure consisting of Keuper, clay, and limestone, which imbues our vines with a unique mineral complexity.
Thanks to meticulous manual work and a deep respect for nature, we transform this historical past into a modern wine culture. Aging on fine lees for up to 24 months, combined with vinification in oak barrels, bestows timeless elegance and depth to our wines Domaine Clos Jangli is a place of enduring legacy where the energy of history is subtly expressed in every tasting.
